Focus Groups
The CIDR (Cyber Incident Detection and Response) Focus Group aims to create a community of peers working in Cyber Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRT) or Security Operations Centres (SOC) to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience.
The Cybersecurity for AI Focus Group focuses on securing AI systems throughout their lifecycle—from design and development to deployment, operation and continuous monitoring. The group addresses AI‑specific cyber risks that go beyond traditional application, cloud, or infrastructure security, including risks related to models, data, agents, supply chains, and autonomous decision‑making.
The mainstream Coalition focus groups are organised per cyber security domain ranging from technical domains (e.g., crypto, cloud, OT/ICS Security) to more governance-oriented focus groups (e.g., GRC, Privacy & Data Protection, EU Regulations & Standardizations).
The ESA Focus Group’s activities go from presenting lessons learned regarding security design and tactics in chosen technology risk domains to sharing or co-creating architectural assets.
