Strengthening Cyber Resilience Through International Collaboration

Angela Dark is Counsellor and Senior Trade Commissioner at the Embassy of Canada to Belgium and Luxembourg in Brussels, where she leads trade and investment work supporting Canadian companies and commercial partnerships in the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets. She joined the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in 2002 and has served outside Canada covering the U.S. (2005-2008); Australia (2009-2013); Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe (2017-2021); Bangladesh (2021-2023); Belgium and Luxembourg (2023-present). Her experience covers both international business development and trade policy.
