We are thrilled to announce the third edition of the BE-CYBER Experience Sharing Day, the signature event of the Belgian Cyber Security Coalition, sponsored by Agoria and the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB).

This flagship event is scheduled for October 8th in the Brussels-based BluePoint Centre, and we are excited to bring together the brightest minds in cybersecurity to discuss critical issues and share valuable insights.

Keynote

As we approach the deadline for Member States to transpose the NIS-2 Directive into national law by 17 October 2024, this will be a central topic of our conference. Ensuring accurate information is crucial for a successful implementation, and we are honoured to have the CCB on board. Managing Director General and Cyber Security Personality 2023 Miguel De Bruycker will deliver the keynote, providing essential insights into this important legislation.

Four tracks

The Evolving Threat Landscape
This track includes a roundtable titled “To Share or Not to Share Threat Intelligence”. Our panel will explore the complexities of threat information sharing from various perspectives, including government, academia, vendors, legal, and compliance. We will address the challenges and propose solutions for improving the sharing of critical information.

Certify to Secure? Rethinking Cybersecurity Assurance
We will tackle cybersecurity assurance from three angles: employees, organizations, and products/services. The panel discussion will focus on products & services featuring diverse viewpoints on regulatory, industry, technical, and implementation aspects, providing a comprehensive understanding of the topic.

This track will examine third-party risks and human-centric security. Our panelists will discuss how different organizational roles (Board, CEO, COO, CTO, and CIO) can empower their CISO to achieve resilience and compliance.

Implementation Use Cases and Auditor’s View
This track will showcase several critical infrastructure implementation use cases and offer an auditor’s perspective on cybersecurity practices.
